I am the last of three boys from Lyon France where I lived for the first 10 years of my life. I grew up learning about hard work and ethics through sports and the never ending mind games my father and brothers encouraged me to play. We moved to America early 90s where I stayed thru college.

I am the last of three boys from Lyon France where I lived for the first 10 years of my life. I grew up learning about hard work and ethics through sports and the never ending mind games my father and brothers encouraged me to play. We moved to America early 90s where I stayed thru college.

After graduating from college, I decided to travel around the world for nearly 1 year which was an amazing experience. I spent a lot of time in Europe and bit in Asia as well. I enjoy getting immersed in different cultures, observing individuals, getting to know them, and building relationships. Then my wife had the opportunity to work in New York in fashion so we moved to the Big Apple. It was an incredible experience and this amazing city taught us many professional traits that simply could not be learned anywhere else...

Our next journey took us to Wisconsin where I joined the start up Red Dot Square Solutions (now Kantar Retail Virtual Reality) as the 3rd U.S. employee. We provided Virtual Reality capabilities to all major global CPG and retailers of the world. We quickly grew to over 60 employees before being acquired by WPP in 2009 at which time I was based in Minneaoplis.

I joined Target Corp. in 2012 where I have spent the best years of my career thus far. I am surrounded by an amazing team, the work is challenging, and I continue to learn.

We love Minneapolis for our family but keen to do an international stint at some point.

Our team is tasked with coming up and executing on new business ventures Target should enter - both physical and digital. This entails determining which opportunity spaces we should enter, filtering which ones have greater change of impact, then putting the right team around them.

Target - Digital

Team Lead / Minneapolis, MN / 2012 - 2014

Was put in charge of hiring a team of 5 digital creative problem solvers to quickly bring prototypes to life. Our mission was to move the needle internally from a cultural perspective - inspire and prove to Target that we must and can work differently! My role included removing roablocks, inspiring, caring and feeding our talented team, and of course playing french house music. What I enjoyed most of out this role is the dynamic and culture I was able to create amongst this unique group...check us out - Target RAD

Kantar Retail VR - Virtual Reality

Regional Sales Director / Minneapolis, MN / 2007 - 2012

Was hired as U.S employee #3 to help with imaging and modeling 3D products. Quickly moved to be a 3D engineer where I built virtual retail environments. I moved up to Client Manager for General Mills, Kimberly Clark, Unilever, Hershey, and Target based in Minneapolis. I opened our Minneapolis Virtual Reality Lab where we had 5 of our engineers and promoted to Director. We were acquired by WPP in 2009. Check it out - Kantar VR
